Photoelectricity of blue view ------ --- detailed LED light word correct wiring method

1. Corresponding lamp lines: red to +V, black to -v (GND), blue to DAT, green to CLK.

2. The main line of the controller and power supply shall be a 2.5mm flexible cable.

3. The lamp and controller are 5V power supply, do not use a power supply higher than 5V! Otherwise, the lamp bead and controller will burn out, and the power supply shall not be lower than 5V, otherwise, the work will be abnormal.

4. The maximum power of each light is 0.3w, and several sets of main lines are pulled from each switching power supply. The maximum number of main lines in each set is only 200 lights, which will affect the brightness! Please connect the lamp according to the power of each switch.

5. The red line (+V) black line (-v) of each series of lights should be connected to the main line of switching power supply, so that the power supply can be more uniform.

6. All colored lights are animated according to the designed connecting diagram (connecting diagram of holes), so they must be inserted according to the connecting diagram! You can't be wrong about direction and quantity.

7. Difference between lamp string input and output: the line with IC (chip) on one side of the lamp is input, and the line on the other side is output.

8. P1 on the wiring diagram is the input port, corresponding to the port of the controller.

Matters needing attention

1. 20% of switch power should be reserved, for example, only 80W should be used for 100W.

2. Grasp the diameter of the light hole well. If the round hole is too large or too small, the light cannot be inserted or fall off. It is recommended to use laser or CNC punch.

3. Moderate force should be used when plugging the lamp. Excessive force will cause damage to the original part of the lamp.

4. Avoid live operation. When the lamp connects to the main line in series, strip the wire head to a larger opening, then wrap tightly with force, then wrap the tape. Otherwise, there will be hidden dangers of poor contact.

5. Please select the switching power supply with good quality. The poor power supply may fail to reach the power or the voltage is wrong.

6. Please cover the bare area of the wire or copper wire with adhesive cloth to prevent short circuit.

7. The main line should not be too long, about 3 meters, the longest should not be more than 5 meters, otherwise the loss of current will reduce voltage!

8. Each controller can carry up to 2048 lamp beads, and how many light bulbs should be inserted according to the designed connecting diagram.

Instructions for LED light word controller

1. Press the save key when switching mode or speed +/-. The SD card should be formatted before copying the animation program.

2. The input and output A and B of the cascaded signal must correspond to each other and cannot be connected in reverse.

3. There are two indicator lights on the controller, and only the power light is on when the normal work is done. If the wrong light is on or flicker, there is a problem with the controller. Or the SD card is broken, not formatted, and so on
